Course Description
This course includes sets and sequences, elementary logic, relations, induction, counting principles, discrete probability, Boolean algebra, logic networks, graph theory and trees, and applying these topics to real life and branches of science like computer science. This course is designed to bridge the gap between computation-oriented introductory math courses and proof-oriented advanced math courses. This course is highly recommended for students who plan to pursue programs and majors that may involve advanced math courses.
